Creflo Dollar: We Must Forgive

We Must Forgive - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar Ministriesby: Creflo Dollar

Did you know that forgiveness is something God requires of every Believer? To be a Christian but hold aught and unforgiveness in your heart toward anyone is in direct opposition to the Gospel message. Every day we have opportunities to yield to the spirit of unforgiveness and opportunities to walk in love. When we make a decision to choose God’s way of handling difficult people and situations, we choose the love route. In doing so, we keep ourselves in a position where we are able to receive forgiveness from the Father.

The issue of forgiving others is critical when discussing the Christian life. There are many Believers who have deeply rooted bitterness in their hearts springing from an offense that was committed against them. Many times, it is something that happened long ago and they are still harboring it deep within. Unforgiveness and bitterness are like spiritual poison. When we don’t forgive others, we actually destroy ourselves on an emotional and spiritual level. Also, we put ourselves in danger of receiving God’s judgment because He commands us to walk in love and forgive others.

In Matthew 18:21, 22, the Apostle Peter asks Jesus an interesting question. He says, “Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?” Peter was being facetious in his line of questioning about forgiveness, and Jesus gave him an answer I am sure He wasn’t expecting: “Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.” Can you imagine forgiving someone who has wronged you 490 times a day? Some of us have a hard time releasing an offense and forgiving someone once, let alone 490 times. But the point Jesus was driving home was that we must be willing to forgive instantly, automatically, and as many times as necessary.

There is so much hinging on our decision to forgive, including God’s willingness to forgive us. There are three daily necessities of every Christian: time spent in the Word of God, God’s forgiveness, and His protection. We need these things every day! That’s why we are to pray Matthew 6:11-13 daily, “Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.”

One of the most important reasons why we are to forgive is because our unwillingness to forgive others limits our ability to receive forgiveness from God. Matthew 18:23-35 is an important passage that emphasizes the consequences of not forgiving. It tells the story of an unforgiving servant who refused to forgive someone after he himself had been forgiven of a serious debt. When the unforgiving servant needed forgiveness from his master, he was denied. In verse 35 Jesus says, “So likewise, shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.”

I don’t know about you, but I need God’s forgiveness every day of my life. None of us is perfect, and we all need continual cleansing from sin, in its many forms. When we hold unforgiveness toward others, we are preventing God from releasing His forgiveness toward us, and put ourselves in danger of even going to hell when we die— because without God’s forgiveness, we are doomed. We simply must forgive.

The solution to unforgiveness is cultivating a mind-set and a heart attitude that says, “I set my will to forgive anyone, for anything, at any time” before the offense takes place. It is essentially an attitude that is intent on walking in the love of God at any cost. That means being willing to lay aside pride and bitterness because God commands it. When we embrace forgiveness instead of offense, we open the door for God’s continual blessings to flow into our lives. Choose to forgive today!

Creflo Dollar: Grace for Living

Grace for Living - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar Ministriesby: Creflo Dollar

You have probably heard the term “God’s grace” used before, and perhaps you’ve heard it defined as “God’s unmerited favor.” While the favor and love of God are aspects of God’s grace, it is much more than this. God’s grace is His supernatural power, which enables us to overcome our shortcomings and serve Him acceptably. It is an enablement that gives us the ability not to sin when we are presented with opportunities to do so. Grace is only available through faith in Jesus Christ, which is why we must be in Him if we want to partake of God’s grace.

God didn’t just give us grace (His empowerment) to rescue us from our sins; He also gave us grace to live successfully on this earth. Many Christians do not understand how to tap into the power that God has placed in them. The same grace we received to become born-again is the same grace we receive to live victoriously. Through faith, we can obtain the grace to do anything we need to do, including discovering His will for our lives.

When Jesus came to the earth, He taught about grace and truth. He gave us the whole truth about the grace of God (John 1:16-17). God’s grace is not some vague religious concept, but is His divine power. We have everything we need to live a life that pleases Him (2 Peter 1:3, AMP) because He placed His grace within our born-again spirits. It is this grace that empowers us as Believers, not our own human efforts alone.

The grace of God is not something we can work to obtain. Understanding the free gift of salvation and everything that comes with it is critical to living a life that is faith-based versus performance-based. There is nothing we have done to earn salvation, which means there is nothing we can do to earn God’s grace. All we have to do is receive it by faith. Once we have a revelation of God’s grace, or divine power, we can use it in our everyday lives.

God did not just rescue us from sin, but He also empowered us to be able to live successful Christian lives. As a result of Jesus’ coming, the grace to help us live like Jesus lived on earth is available to us (1 John 2:6, AMP). Whenever we are falling short, we should remember God’s grace to help us overcome our shortcomings. Second Peter 1:3 says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.” We have everything we need within us to dominate our circumstances and be shining examples of God’s grace for others to see.

As Christians, living a life that please God should be our goal, not continuing in sin and trying to use God’s grace as a way to keep disobeying Him. God’s grace actually empowers us not to yield to sin when temptation presents itself. It gives us the ability to rise above our flesh and resist the enemy’s suggestions. We must receive it, believe it, and begin declaring it out of our own mouths. Whatever it is you may be dealing with, say, “I have the grace to overcome this!” You are empowered to be victorious in life.

There is a grace available for love, diligence, and the wisdom to receive whatever we need, including finances. There is a grace for overcoming anger, lust, and every other evil emotion that leads to sin (Matthew 5:21-32). There is a grace to fulfill our purpose and to do what God has called us to do in life. There is a grace for living in truth! Jesus now holds us to a higher standard since grace has been given to us. Our faith, which comes from the Word of God is going to be the catalyst that connects us to this grace. By continuing to meditate on the Scriptures, and also speaking and acting on them, we release the grace that is within us and position ourselves for absolute victory in every area of our lives.

Creflo Dollar: Let Go of Reasoning

Let Go of Reasoning - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

Have you ever heard people say, “You shouldn’t question God?” I’ve heard that all my life. You may be believing God to be debt free; but when it doesn’t happen the way you planned, doubt sets in. Then, all of your patience goes out the window, and you begin to question whether God’s Word is really true. This devilish type of questioning is called “reasoning”, and it is born out of the flesh.

The flesh is “a mindset or a way of thinking that contradicts the Word of God.” It always operates through reasoning or through questioning that comes out of a heart of unbelief. It’s not a sin to ask God a legitimate question; it’s when you begin to question God’s goodness and ability that you get into trouble.

James 1:5 instructs us to inquire of God when we need wisdom. An example of this is when the angel Gabriel told Mary that she would become pregnant and that her son would save people from their sins. Mary asked, “How shall this be since I’ve never been with a man?” (Luke 1:34.) She had a legitimate question. On the other hand, if you ask, “If You are such a powerful and mighty God, why am I still in debt?” or “Why am I still sick, I thought You were the Healer?,” you are asking questions out of reasoning.

The above questions don’t solicit God for wisdom; instead they challenge Him for an explanation or justification. If you question God this way, you’ve developed what the Bible calls “an evil heart of unbelief” (Hebrews 3:12). You’re actually looking for a reason not to believe God. Doubt has gotten a foothold in your mind because you’ve let what you can see, hear and feel cause you to question the truth of God’s Word.

You show your true feelings when you say things like, “Why am I going through this?” or “I don’t deserve to go through this. I sowed a seed on Sunday.” You are blaming God for what is happening in your life. If you continue to talk this way, you’ll eventually sever your faith connection altogether.

You have to stop listening to the stack of bills that continually say, “I’m growing everyday.” Instead, tune into the Word that says wealth and riches shall be in your house (Psalm 112:3). Instead of questioning the legitimacy of God’s Word, take authority over your situation and claim what is rightfully yours!

Walking in the Spirit is what defeats the flesh; so don’t allow your present circumstances to move you off of the promises of God. Keep your thinking in line with the Word and stake your claim to the wealth and healing that belong to you. Settle in your mind that no one can prosper, heal and deliver you like El Elyon. He is the Most High God, and He has only good things in store for you. Ask God for wisdom for your specific situation, and then praise Him for the answer. Make the decision to stand on the Word, and don’t move off of it until you receive what you are standing for!

Creflo Dollar: Get Your Life in Order

Get Your Life in Order - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

Is your life in order?

In today’s society, we often believe that it is acceptable to skip certain fundamentals of living a healthy lifestyle. We don’t eat properly, exercise regularly or get enough rest. We’ve become accustomed to running the rat race—eating, sleeping and working on the run. But when we let work, friends and even our families consume us, we end up feeling tired and overwhelmed. This is because we don’t put first things first in our lives.

Many of us suffer the same consequences spiritually. We often neglect companionship with our heavenly Father and His Word, which leaves us frustrated, depressed and confused. The ailments of life are often indicators that something is wrong with us spiritually. Instead of hurrying through life, desperately beating yourself up and suffering from one failure to the next, you should rearrange your priorities. This is the time to back up, slow down and do things in the right order.

Strengthening your personal relationship with God is the only way to renew your mind and overcome your shortcomings. If you could have done it yourself, you would have done it already! “Right acting” will not necessarily produce “right thinking,” but right thinking will produce right actions. So how do you develop right thinking? By getting your mind lined up with the One Who created it.

In Galatians 5:16, Paul offers this advice: “…Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” In our daily lives, we fulfill the lust of the flesh when we hurry, worry and attempt to do everything ourselves, skipping the vital time we need to develop a relationship with God. It is only when we get our minds lined up with God and His Word that we truly put first things first.

Suppose you decide to take a “fun break” at home one evening, and you play around in the mud with your dog. Then you realize that you need to get ready for bed because you’ve got to go to work the next morning. What if you skip taking a bath and go straight to bed? Everything that you touch will be covered with mud the next morning! Obviously, this type of backward thinking is unreasonable. You know that cleanliness is a necessity. Think of God as your soap and water. You must draw closer to Him to overcome the mess you’ve made in your life (James 4:8).

Doing things backwards is just as detrimental to your health physically as it is spiritually. Romans 12:2 says, “…be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.” Renewing your mind with God’s Word is the key to having a healthy spiritual life. To acquaint yourself with Him you must do the research. Worrying about problems will not make them go away. Jesus said in Matthew 6:33 that you should seek the kingdom of God first, and He will make sure that you get the things you need.

Creflo Dollar: Communication is the Key

Communication is the Key - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

Marriage and family relationships don’t have to be as challenging as the world would have you believe. When you let the love of God influence your interactions with other people, you can actually simplify your relationships. This is not to say that you won’t have challenges, but when you apply the principles of the Scriptures, you’ll be more equipped to handle them. One of the keys to managing challenges within your home is effective communication. It is by far one of the most important tools for fostering growth and building fruitful family relationships.

Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary defines communication as “a process by which information is exchanged between individuals.” While communication is not just an exchange of words, the primary way we communicate with others is through language. That’s why it is so important that you master effective communication by knowing what to say, how to say it and when to say it. Often you will see husbands and wives in conflict because of careless words that were spoken, or statements that were made at the wrong time.

When choosing your words, remember that timing is everything. Proverbs 25:11 (AMP) says, “A word fitly spoken and in due season is like apples of gold in settings of silver.” The Word makes it clear that being an effective communicator means being able to discern when your spouse or family member is in a position to receive what you have to say. For example, it does no good to lecture or complain when the person you’re speaking to is already agitated or in a bad mood. You will be more successful if you pray and ask God to show you when to have the discussion or share whatever is on your mind. He will let you know the best time, place and manner in which to proceed.

Sharing your thoughts and opinions is important, but effective communication involves more than that. You can communicate your love for others by being a good listener too. Everyone wants to talk and get their point across, but how willing are you to listen? Listening involves being attentive and understanding. A good listener should also be an active listener, or one who quickly acts on what someone else shares. Active listening demonstrates that you honor others enough to not only consider what they express to you, but also that you plan to do something about it.

There is an art to effective communication. Your goal in communicating with other people should be to impart information with honest, straightforward words. Ephesians 4:15 says, “But speaking the truth in love, may grow into him in all things….” Truthful words are the most powerful words you can use. Whether you are giving praise or constructive criticism, telling the truth in a loving and non-threatening way makes all the difference. Lying should never be an option. Even when you are concerned about hurting the feelings of others, it is still better to tell the truth than to shade or exaggerate your feelings in any way.

Learning to lovingly communicate takes time and practice. But you can be sure that you will have plenty of opportunities to work on it. Begin right where you are on your job and in your home. We have all been challenged in this area at times, but learning to speak words of love and encouragement is critical to maintaining an atmosphere of peace in your home. Good communication is the key to experiencing abundance in your personal relationships. So start speaking the truth in love today!

Creflo Dollar: The Source of the Anointing

The Source of the Anointing - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

The “anointing” is the burden-removing, yoke-destroying power of God, and it is every Christian’s weapon against the devil and his works. When the anointing is on your life, your enemies are placed under your feet (Psalm 66:3; Psalm 110:1-7). To walk in this awesome power of God, love must be your foundation.

Many Believers want the power of God operating in their lives, but they aren’t willing to develop the character that is necessary to sustain that power. God’s character is love. Without love, the power of God won’t be there. The love of God is the source of His anointing.

Although Christians have mastered numerous biblical practices and principles, many have failed to realize that the love of God is the foundation of them all. Everything in the kingdom of God has its origin in the love laws. In Matthew 22:34-40, Jesus discusses these laws of love:

But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together. Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

These people had a religious understanding of God and they operated by the law, but they didn’t have a revelation of His love. Jesus set the record straight when He informed them that love is the basis for all the law and everything the prophets said. That’s why walking in love is the most important thing you can do.

Jesus’ compassion for people released the power of God to flow through Him to minister to their needs. Matthew 9:36 (AMP) says, “When He saw the throngs, He was moved with pity and sympathy for them, because they were bewildered (harassed and distressed and dejected and helpless), like sheep without a shepherd.” You, the Believer, have the same love of God inside you that Jesus had. When you receive Him as your Lord and Savior, your heart is infused with it (Romans 5:5).

The anointing is a divine enabling; it is God’s ability on your ability, enabling you to do what you couldn’t do on your own. In other words, we can be like God in spirit and power. This enabling power is an outflow of the Holy Spirit through human vessels. It is the anointing on your life that is responsible for your fulfillment, accomplishment and productivity. When you find yourself accomplishing things that you never dreamed you could accomplish, you will realize that God’s power is working through you!

In order to experience this kind of power, you must cultivate the love of God in your life. Galatians 5:22-24 lists the components of love that you must develop in order to truly walk in the spirit. Loving others isn’t an option; it is a commandment. Having the power of God in your life depends on your willingness to live a life of love. Make the decision today to tap into your Power Source!

Creflo Dollar: Eating to Live

Eating to Live - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

When people hear the word “lust,” they often automatically think of sexual sin. Lust, however, actually encompasses much more than sexual perversion. It includes any area of your life that is controlled by a desire that you can’t seem to quench. Eating is definitely an area where people allow their appetites to control them. This lack of control is especially evident in the United States. Obesity, high blood pressure and other serious health challenges are rampant among many men and women because they don’t have any control where their eating is concerned. Eating without restraint is just as bad as indulging in sexual sin. God looks at both as dangerous forms of abusing your body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

When you don’t understand the purpose for something, abuse is inevitable. For example, if you were to attempt to use a car like you would a boat, your car would become ruined. That’s because the manufacturer didn’t create it to be used in water. In essence, you are abusing your car. The same is true for your body. While God created food for nourishment and eating to be a pleasurable experience, it was not meant to be abused. Overeating and refusing to use restraint in the type and quantity of foods you eat is gluttony, and it is sin (Proverbs 23:21).

First Corinthians 6:19-20 says, “What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” Whether you are talking about sex or food, when you sin against your body in any way, you are abusing your temple.

Lacking restraint in eating is an easy area in which to become neglectful. People use food to deal with all kinds of issues, including depression and emotional despair. Besides emotional eating, some people simply overeat because they have made a habit of it. Their flesh is trained to eat more than they need to sustain them, rather than eating just what their bodies need for nourishment.

The key to overcoming gluttony is to renew your mind with the understanding that God desires for you to have complete mastery over your appetite for food. The Apostle Paul got hold of what was necessary to get the upper hand over his body when he said:

And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway” (1 Corinthians 9:25-27).

You simply have to discipline yourself in this area. First, you’ll have to renew your mind (Romans 12:1-2) by looking at food differently. Rather than eating because you’re bored or depressed or as something you mindlessly do while watching TV, begin to look at your body as a machine that needs the proper fuel to function properly.

Think of eating like filling your car’s gas tank. Naturally, the best type of gas is “premium.” It keeps your vehicle running in optimum condition and is best for your engine. In addition, you may have seen the signs that say, “Don’t Top Off.” To fill your gas tank beyond the limit is asking for trouble. You should fill it up with the best fuel and then stop when the tank is full. This is the same way you should look at eating. Consume the highest quality of foods to maintain your health, and eat what you need to keep your body running, without overdoing it.

If you want to control your flesh rather than allowing it to control you, you will need to make a quality decision. You’ll have to set your mind on restraining your appetite for food. In addition, you’ll need to come up with an eating plan to establish personal guidelines and boundaries as well as incorporate moderate exercise into your lifestyle. By adopting a healthy lifestyle, you’ll start to view food differently, and you’ll begin to eat to live, rather than living to eat.

Proverbs 25:28 (The Amplified Bible) says, “He who has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls.” When you can’t control your will where your appetite is concerned, your body will eventually break down. Get control over your appetite by renewing your mind and exercising self-control and restraint. Though it may be hard at first, your body will thank you for it later!

Creflo Dollar: Faith That Brings Manifestation

Faith That Brings Manifestation - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

Years ago, Tina Turner recorded a song titled What’s Love Got to Do With It? In it, she refers to love as a “secondhand emotion.” The song became one of her biggest hits. Unfortunately, the song’s message can cause people to believe that love is powerless and should not be the basis for building and maintaining strong relationships. Nothing could be further from the truth. Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Why do I say that? Because God is love, and His love is preeminent.

The word preeminent means, “having paramount rank, dignity or importance.” Anything that is preeminent has undoubted superiority, which makes it superior to any other force in the universe. Ultimately, everyone must give an account to the superior force of love.

God wants us to live a life of love—His agapé love. Agapé love is supernatural, unconditional, limitless, one-sided and doesn’t require love in return. It seeks the advantage, pleasure and well-being of others and doesn’t regard itself. However, most people love others according to human emotional love, which is selfish. This type of love only loves the lovely, has limits and is based on conditions.

For Believers, there is nothing more important than learning to love others. Nothing in your life—finances, family, healing and so on—will reach its fullest potential until you perfect your love walk. For instance, many Christians are quick to step out in faith only to become disappointed and frustrated when their prayers are not answered or they fail to receive breakthrough after applying the principles they’ve learned. I am not ashamed to admit that I used to experience those same frustrations. Finally, I decided to search the Scriptures for answers and made an awesome discovery: faith works by love (Galatians 5:5-6)!

It doesn’t matter how many scriptures you stand on, how hard you pray or how much seed you sow; your heart’s desires will not manifest if you have not first cultivated the fruit of love. Simply put, the love of God is the preeminent force and supersedes every faith principle, confession and good work you do.

John 14:21 says, “He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.” If you really love God, then you will obey His commandment to walk in love (John 15:12). Fortunately, God does not give commands that we are unable to carry out. The moment people become born again the Holy Spirit takes up residence in them and fills them with God’s love and ability. Where there is love, there is faith. And faith leads to manifestation!

Creflo Dollar: Conquering Lack

Conquering Lack - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

Did you know that you have the ability to overcome every negative situation that you face? Battles are a part of life, and you must be equipped by God with might in order to win them. The act of winning the battle is called conquest. It is the act of conquering, and is yours by faith. As a Believer, you have been made a conqueror through Jesus, and you can trust that He will enable you to get the victory.

The Word of God declares that you are more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ (Romans 8:37). Being more than a conqueror means that the victory God wants to give you will far exceed your expectations. The challenge that most Christians have is resisting the temptation to try and do things in their own abilities. They forget that it is through Him that they are able to conquer debt, lack and financial hardship.

One of the many challenging battles that people face is in the area of their finances. When the bills are piling up and creditors are calling your house nonstop, it can be difficult to feel as if you have the power to overcome lack. However, how you feel has nothing to do with what God can do. By tapping into His supernatural power, you can be victorious over what appears to be a lack of financial provision.

Though your situation may seem impossible, you have the assurance of knowing that nothing is too hard for God. When you realize that you have the ability to consistently win battles, you won’t tolerate living from paycheck to paycheck and going in debt to have your needs met. Take authority over lack in the name of Jesus and ask God to give you wisdom and strategies to use.

I really enjoy communicating to people the practical side of God’s Word. Many times, particularly where finances are concerned, Christians are quick to work on the spiritual aspects of their breakthroughs such as prayer, making faith confessions from the Word and giving tithes and offerings, but they fail to do the natural part. Doing one without the other won’t get you anywhere.

In looking at your financial profile, it is important to determine where you need to make adjustments in your financial decisions. When you are responsible with what God has already given you, He will empower you to have more. For example, spending beyond your means is not going to help you overcome debt and lack but will only lead you further into a financial hole. Using credit cards all the time and buying things that you know you can’t afford are all factors in the poverty equation. If you continue being irresponsible with your money, you will continue to lack the finances you need to bless others and take care of yourself. However, by doing your part in the natural, along with the spiritual aspect from the Word, you will never run out. In fact, God will increase you at every turn.

Conquerors are made by God. When His supernatural ability gets on you, you can conquer anything. First Samuel 16:13 says, “Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him [David] in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward…” Just as David was, you are anointed to be victorious over lack. Creflo Dollar: Claim What’s Yours

Claim What's Yours - Creflo Dollar - Creflo Dollar MinistriesAuthor: Creflo Dollar

Prayer is the ability to communicate on a personal level with your heavenly Father. Unfortunately, people have allowed traditional teaching on the subject to rob them of the blessings produced by praying according to God’s Word. There are those who believe that God hears and answers any kind of prayer. I have even heard people say that they can simply speak to God as though they are talking to a friend or relative. While you can talk to God as you would your best friend, you must pray according to His will. This simply means praying what is written in God’s Word.

In order to receive answers to your prayers, it is important to make sure that you are praying what God has already said. In other words, you must speak His language. When you pray, don’t make the mistake of dwelling on the problem and spending most of your time telling God what’s not going right in your life; He knows what you are going through. The best thing to do is search the scriptures and pray the solution He’s already provided in the Bible.

For example, if you’re suffering from a sickness, don’t confess that you’re sick by saying, “I’m sick.” Instead, confess your healing by saying to yourself and others, “According to Isaiah 53:5, by His stripes I am healed.” When speaking directly to God, make it personal by praying, “Lord, Your Word says, ‘[Christ] was wounded for [my] transgressions, He was bruised for [my] iniquities: the chastisement of [my] peace was upon Him; and with his stripes [I am] healed.’ Therefore I believe I’ve received my healing in Jesus’ Name!” This prayer will get results when it is spoken in faith.

Also, you must enter prayer believing that everything you are seeking from God—healing, salvation, eternal life, deliverance and prosperity—have already been given to you through the authority of the name of Jesus. John 16:23 in the Amplified Bible says:

And when that time comes, you will ask nothing of Me [you will need to ask Me no questions]. I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that My Father will grant you whatever you ask in My name [as presenting all that I am].

If you are a Christian, Jesus has given you the right to use His name to make requests of the Father. The name of Jesus is your “claim ticket” to the promises of God. Just like the claim ticket you receive to pick up your item when you make a purchase at certain stores, it gives you access to the Father’s blessings. In the name of Jesus, you can go boldly to the throne of grace and obtain all that Jesus has already purchased for you as a result of His death, burial and resurrection.

When you endorse your prayers with the name of Jesus, the Father responds to you in the same way that He responds to His Son. Every prayer Jesus prayed was answered! You too can have every prayer answered by believing in the authority of the name of Jesus. Make a decision today that you will never end a prayer without first obtaining your claim ticket—the name of Jesus!
